How do we find the driver after arriving?

At the airport you will be met in the arrivals area by a representative of www.ptravel.pt with your name written on a board. If you do not see the airport rep as you come out of the arrivals area then you may call us at the number on your reservation or (+351) 969 532 823.

How do I pay?

You pay the driver in the airport; in cash [euro] or by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express.(please inform us of this option when you make your reservation)

Do you have children's seats, baby seats, infant carriers?

Yes, subject to availability children seats are free of charge,they must be reserved at the time of booking the transfer.

What happens if the flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed there is no need to worry - we always confirm flight directly with airport and will be waiting until you arrive.

Can I book the return trip from my destination?

Yes, by Internet at www.Ptravel.com or by phone (+351) 969 532 823

Are the passengers insured?

All drivers, passengers and vehicles are fully licensed by IMTT, RNAAT and have all the legally requiredinsurances.

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?

The driver will normally wait for 60 minutes. If you are delayed in customs or baggage for more than 30 minutes after arrival please call our office on (+351) 969 532 823 to ensure that the driver will wait for you.

We have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, a golf bag - will there be room?

Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase and onebag. If you are bringing a mountain bike or more baggage, then the one previously mentioned please notice us in the message box in the booking form or to the contact page.

Is the transfer direct?

Yes, the transfer is door to door.

Does the driver speak English?

All our drivers speak English.

How far in advance do airport pick-ups need to be booked?

Normally we require 24 hours notice. If you do not have 24hours, please give us a call: (+351) 969 532 823

What papers do I have to show to the driver on the airport?

You have to show the printed voucher (emailconfirmation). If you choose to pay online through Paypal, you have to show to the driver the printed receipt of payment (confirmation of payment).
